What you can expect:
- (Project) management and coordination of internal and external resources in the implementation of new HR software solutions
- Consultation of our Global Human Resources department on the efficient design and optimization of HR processes
- Assumption of technical concept and active further development of the existing HR system landscape
- Shaping our comprehensive IT architecture based on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and various other software systems
- Driving innovation and developing customer-centric IT processes to achieve our CLAIM 5 strategy goals
Your profile:
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable education
- Strong interest in Information Technology (IT)
- Solution-oriented thinking and proactive approach
- Organizational skills with a high level of service and team orientation
- Very good English language skills
