Junior HR Administrator
Overview of the role
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees according to defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Processing HR requests related to multiple service lines (Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefits) for an assigned group of employees.
  • Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement based on feedback and experience.
  • Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.
  • Ensuring that all systems and databases remain up to date with current employee and organizational information, maintaining a high level of data quality and accuracy and providing on-demand reports where required.
  • Providing guidance and support to the employees & managers on end-to-end HR-related queries processes, including on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Preparing HR documentation and files, maintaining HR systems
  • Monitoring and managing all processes in Workday (an internal software solution for financial management and human resources)
  • And many more activities related to employee lifecycle, administration, HR initiatives & projects
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Fluency in German and English, allowing to communicate freely on a daily basis
  • Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel skills, knowledge of Workday is a strong plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong team player
  • You are proactive and have got analytical skills and good attention to details.
  • You have got excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability work our office in Frankfurt every day
