Your Talent
First work experience designing footwear products for one or more leading footwear/lifestyle/sports brands
Good knowledge of sports performance, fabrics and new industry technologies
Very good feeling for colors , materials and performance footwear landscape
Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe CAD skills
Very good written and spoken English skills are a must
Excellent presentation skills
Team player mentality
Bachelor/Master degree in Design, Fashion Design or similar education

Your Mission
Collaborate on the delivery of designs for the Business Unit Teamsport (Football)
Support with delivery of colour cads and administrative design tasks
Conceptualize unique and market relevant footwear designs that address consumer, retailer and company goals on a seasonal timeline, including follow-up on designs and design direction
Support the creation of collection based and stand-alone footwear designs that are innovative , trend and athlete relevant
Provide market research and design trend analysis supporting collection theme and design direction
Prepare support material for internal reviews
Execute detail specifications through standardized design packages
Follow-up on designs and design deliverables in a timely manner
Enter designs into product management data system
Work with Product Line Management and Product Development to execute designs that adhere to costing goals while advancing category initiatives.
