As a Junior Business Analyst at Kapsch TrafficCom, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior analysts in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and you will be directly involved in our organizational and cultural transformation towards execution excellence.
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in business analysis, data analysis and interpretation, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform analyses (data analysis, business analysis) to contribute to continuous performance improvement
- Support with business documentation, processes and requirements
- Participate in internal stakeholder meetings to understand business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Deliver precise business insights and recommendations to the management
- Support project management tasks and timelines
- Engage in continuous learning and development in business analysis
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics or related field
- Good knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player, eager to learn and grow
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and PowerBI would be an advantage
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum)
