Junior Asset Manager

Our International Residential Investment & Asset Manager headquarter in Berlin is actively growing their Asset Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the achievement of our goals (budget, results as well as quantitative and qualitative goals)
• Active cooperation with other departments in our company, guiding of technical property management, maintenance, new construction, modernization
• Assisting in acquisition processes from an asset management perspective and carrying out commercial due diligence
• Development & implementation of asset management strategies
• Monitoring and analysis of the regional and competitive market
• Market, location and competition analysis as well as assessment of rental prices in relevant regions

Qualifications:

• Completed economics or real estate studies and/or a comparable real estate qualification / real estate specialist or similar.
• 2-3 of professional experience
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Numerically strong
• German and English, both spoken and written
