Junior Account Manager (m/f/d) – Information technology

With the ISMS and data protection software "QSEC”, WMC GmbH is a leading producer of information security management systems. The company is specialized in the areas of Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) and holistic information security management for organizations and companies in all industries.

In addition to our software services, we support our customers globally in the analysis, conception and implementation of ISMS, data protection and GRC projects.

For further extension of our team we are looking for a qualified

Junior Account Manager/in (m/f/d)

Your challenges and tasks include:

• Sales of a complex software product, including IT services in the area of information security, to major customers directly and via sales partners
• Identification of customer potential and acquisition of new customers
• Support, maintenance and further development of national and international key accounts and partners
• Independent contact and offer tracking
• Organization and implementation of mailings, participation in customer events and trade fairs
• Master data maintenance in our customer database
• Creation of a presentation to prepare customer meetings
• Preparation of offers and tenders
• Participation in the drafting and completion of contracts

We are expecting from you:

• A university degree in (business) informatics, business administration, economics or a comparable education
• Knowledge of IT infrastructures, information security management, risk management, business continuity management are desirable
• Know-how about the entire commercial process of preparing offers and contracts with a focus on the sale of complex IT products and services
• Good communication and presentation skills at the C-level, high customer orientation and pronounced decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel
• Good written and spoken English skills
