As internal IT, we are an important driver of the CLAIM 5 corporate strategy. Our Windows as a Service team not only ensures that all employees have exactly the digital workplace they need, we also support the digitalisation of office processes and bring Windows 11 client management to the cloud!

What you can expect:

• You administer, develop and implement the global software management infrastructure and the corresponding processes in the cloud
• You package and deploy applications and policies in Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager)
• You implement and monitor the internal IT security guidelines
• You are responsible for the administrative support of standard applications (M365, Adobe, etc.) and special software in production, quality control and warehouse
• You will be involved in international projects relating to the digital workplace
• You analyse, process and resolve incidents in the Windows 11 environment (3rd level)
   

Your profile:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent and have several years of professional experience in the administration of Windows client systems.
• You have sound knowledge of software distribution and Windows client deployment in an enterprise environment, ideally with Microsoft SCCM and intune
• You work independently, analytically, structured and carefully and have a clear service and customer orientation.
• You are self-confident, flexible and pragmatic and like to show initiative.
• You have a good command of English and strong communication skills, including at an international level.
