Join our TeamViewer and our IT team in Göppingen as IT System Engineer (m/f/d) with focus on maintainance and improvement of our corporate IT infrastructure. If you are passionate about working in a global team and are interested in Cloud technologies, then TeamViewer is looking for you!
- Maintain the structure and design of our Active Directory and connected services in an environment of 1400+ users globally distributed.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues, providing a Root-Cause-Analysis report to our management when necessary
- Handle incidents (2nd Level Service) and service requests from our employees via our Ticket System
- Advise and support for colleagues and our users in all questions about Identity & Access Management, as well as technical evaluation of professional requirements
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Ensure the highest levels of Systems and Infrastructure availability
- Prepare and execute automated continuous patch installation for our Server infrastructure
- Strengthen and adapt to our existing operations, incident and change processes
- Keep the internal knowledge base & technical documentation (Diagrams, How-To's, etc..) up to date
- Design, implement and optimize new concepts and solutions to make the operation of our systems more efficient, Infrastructure as a Code together with your colleagues
- University degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience in the field of IT
- At least 2 years of professional experience with Windows Server 2019 and above is required. That includes Active Directory, Domain Controller, Windows PKI, File Shares, DFS, Server and Client GPOs (Group Policy Settings), Windows DHCP etc.
- Experience with Cloud (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud) subscription and account management
- Well-founded knowledge in network and security system topics. We work with Cisco and Palo Alto
- Experience with Azure AD and federation / authorization protocols such SAML, OAUTH, OIDC
- Expertise in Exchange Online and Office 365 is plus
- Experience with Linux & MacOS would be of an advantage
- Experience in scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, PowerShell, Phyton) is a plus
- Enthusiasm for new, innovative, and technical subjects along with an understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and developments in the IT industry
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
