What part will you play?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring smooth operation and ongoing enhancement of our low-code development platform, collaborating with service providers, and overseeing deputies and colleagues
• Assist in managing global inquiries from colleagues regarding platform infrastructure, such as processing firewall approvals, in consultation with users, ISEC, and IT colleagues
• Handle relevant Level 4 requests from the platform's infrastructure team
• Ensure and support the citizen developer approach and Pro-Code development by specifying and controlling necessary requirements for software development on the low-code platform, including developer guidelines
• Communicate platform-related information to the user community through social media posts, wiki entries, and PowerPoint presentations
• Provide support for own produced, service-relevant apps
• Assist in handling web services and software connectors between the platform and other systems and apps as per requirements, such as files share web service and SCD connector
• Identify and resolve undesirable software behavior on the platform and mobile apps by analyzing malfunctions and troubleshooting problems
• Plan and monitor the associated budget, including initiating orders within the specified budget and overseeing services provided by service providers

What you need to make real what matters.

• You have successfully completed your bachelor´s degree in Information Business Technologies, computer science or a comparable subject and several years of professional experience
• Confirmed experience in running and optimizing low-code development platforms, preferably Simplifier
• Strong understanding of IT governance and security standards, preferably with certification (e.g., ITIL)
• Solid grasp of platform infrastructure, including firewall configurations and Level 4 requests
• Proficiency in specifying and controlling software development requirements, particularly in a low-code environment
• Hands-on experience with service-relevant apps and web services integration
• Solid troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve software malfunctions on the platform and mobile apps
• Superb communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences
• You have proficient written and spoken (technical) English and German and feel comfortable working in intercultural teams
