As an IT Manager, you will be part of the IT department of Parloa and manage the technical infrastructure that enables our people and operations to work efficiently. You'll support the growth of our organization by focusing on maintaining our assets and offering a high quality IT service to our employees. Enabling and making others effective is what you strive for.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Provide on/offboarding support, application access (identity management), internal device management via MDM.
- Monitor compliant application usage, e.g. collecting DPAs, maintaining access rights structure, security setups and testing.
- Review and audit Suppliers based on Information security.
- Ensure high quality video conferencing setups on site.
- Act as a go-to person for internal IT requests.
- Prepare, organize and control internal IT projects (OKR's).
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- B.Sc. or higher degree in computer science or related field and/or relevant experience as IT Manager in a fast paced environment.
- Strong technical expertise, including at least 1 year of experience as IT Manager/IT Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of popular operating systems (Mac, Windows) and cloud-based systems like Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, Notion, Miro, Azure etc.
- Great communicator with a fable for perfect user documentations.
- Good understanding of IT processes and familiarity with standards and best practices.
- Experience identifying ways to automate processes.
- Experience in Troubleshooting Apple Mac Devices.
- Experienced in setup and/or maintain a VPN infrastructure.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Startup experience. (Hyper growth phase).
- Experienced in setting up high quality hybrid meetings and proper AV solutions.
- ISO27001:2022 and/or SOCII is a known framework to you.
- Handling customer IT - Security questionnaires (RFP's).
- Experience using Python and or bash scripting.
