What you’ll be doingIT Business Analyst will be focused on our product –Recruitment Connect, used by our candidates and our business worldwide. Recruitment & Delivery Team is a global team working on the products which support The Adecco Group core business, in a very close collaboration with Global Digital Team.
About you- 4+ year, strong IT/business analysis background, preferably in a software development company or in Digital environment
- Ideally, 3 years’ experience in the staffing industry with a proven understanding of the staffing industry, its opportunities and challenges
- Sufficient technical knowledge to understand high-level architecture and technical requirements around IT solutions
- Self-starter with leadership potential who can work independently and in matrix style teams on tasks and projects with limited supervision
- Organizational skills, able to work simultaneously on a number of assignments when required
- Knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies
- Proven ability to drive the accurate capture of requirement, resolving and closing issues and information shortfall as and when they appear
- Experience of working within Waterfall & Agile methodology
- Strong team player, with an ability to collaborate and solve challenges
- Fluent with English

- Strong executive presence with excellent oral and written presentation skills and ability to
