Job description
Rust is the new rising star of programming languages. It’s only a matter of time when Rust will have an impact on deeply embedded projects. In the context of this student project, the foundation for future projects shall be lain. Your tasks include:
- You setup a toolchain based on the HighTec AURIX Rust & C/C++ Compiler .
- You are responsible for the development of a deeply embedded application .
- You provide Peripheral access to sensors and/or displays .
- You will use interfaces like I²C, SPI and/or UART .
Qualifications
- Personality and working method: logic Analyzer, understanding of build environments and toolchain
- Experience and Know-How: software development/programming experience, basic Rust knowledge, embedded knowledge, docker (optional)
- Education: studies in the field of informatics, electrical engineering or comparable field of study
- Language: very good knowledge of German or English
