Your responsibilities

• In close collaboration with our research team, you will engage in investigating, doing research, developing, implementing, and evaluating OPC UA in-formation models, TSN and integrating them to use in cable-based industrial networks.
• More specifically, you will investigate, develop, and implement OPC UA information models over TSN for specific applications e.g., drive systems. In addition, you will work on doing research on evalu-ating (non)-standardized features of TSN and how they can help OPC UA and industrial networks.

Your background

• You study Telecommunication systems, Computer Science or related fields
• We expect you to bring creativity, initiative, and result orientation to support driving our innovations toward new products and services.
• You bring experience with developing telecommunications systems, particularly (real-time) industrial networking.
• Having good knowledge on OPC UA is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge on Containerization, Linux and IoT is a plus.
• You are highly motivated, team-minded and able to work independently.
• Fluent English in verbal and written form is required
