Attracting high-calibre talent to an organisation is fundamental in securing the success of any growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and driven student to understand and actively tackle the challenges of global HR Recruiting and Talent Attraction. As part of our global Global Talent Attraction, Recruiting & Early Careers team you will have the following responsibilities:
- Recruiting: Support full-lifecycle recruiting processes & take over responsibility for our student recruiting, ensure excellent candidate experience
- Talent Attraction: Improve our talent attraction strategy, create content for Social Media Platforms and come up with one-of-a kind HR Marketing initiatives
- Early Careers: Support organising and participate in Assessment Centers for our Early Career Programmes
- Data & KPI Management: Manage and analyse relevant data and prepare reporting deliverables
- Supporting the team in recruiting and career events
Your powerful skills
- Currently studying towards your Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or completing a post-university GAP year
- High level of self-drive and ‘can do’ attitude as well as ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
- Excellent German and English skills
- Creative mindset, passion for Social Media and content creation
