YOUR ROLE

• Take part in the innovation process, including coordination and alignment with other departments
  
• Develop concepts for new products in our 3 categories, coloration, hair care and styling
  
• Monitor fashion and hair trend research
  
• Involve in the creation and implementation of our quarterly look collection - the Street Style Collection, in collaboration with the Creative Team
  
• Analyze the product performance, competition and strategic market
  
• Support on invoicing, budgeting, presentations, organizing internal/external events/workshops etc.

YOUR SKILLS

• Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies, ideally with focus on marketing
  
• Practical and international experience, e.g. by internships and semester abroad, is beneficial
  
• Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus, not mandatory
  
• Firm knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel with strong analytical skills
  
• Self-motivated, creative and open-minded personality with high level of independence
  
• Interest in B2B hair care, hairdressing industry and digital savvy
• Availability as of 15th May 2024 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between €800-2025 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the
desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
