YOUR ROLE

• Become a team member of the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio and strong brands in Consumer and Craftsmen Adhesives.
• Develop Global marketing strategy and regional Route-to-Market scenarios
• Develop Global toolbox, incl. ATL and BTL assets, for Sustainable product Innovation
• Drive sustainability initiatives incl. CSR program "We Craft For Children"
• Collaborate with local teams around the world and participation in cross-functional projects
• Support in financial analyses of markets, activities of competitors, trends and brand performance
• Support day-to-day business

YOUR SKILLS

• Master student in business-related field, e.g. International Business Administration, Marketing or Sustainability
• Practical and/or international experience, e.g. by former internships in the FMCG industry or a semester abroad is advantageous
• Very good English skills, German is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory
• Precise, well-organized, communicative and creative personality
• Strong collaboration skills, a critical thinker to challenge the status-quo and an ambitious team player

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
