The Data and Analytics group, within the Customer Strategy and Operations (CSO) department at RLT International is looking for a talented and motivated intern to deliver on data, analytics, and reporting needs of the Radioligand Therapy (RLT) platform in Novartis.
RLT is an innovative medicines platform focused on the development of products for targeted radioligand therapy and precision radioligand imaging. We are committed to transforming patients’ lives by leading innovation in nuclear medicine.

Latest start date: 1 June 2024
Duration: 8-12 months
Key responsibilities:
With the Data and Analytics team in Global Business Solutions (GBS) Hyderabad :
• Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analyses to the organization to inform the business strategy and improve the end-to-end customer journey
• Partner with International and Country leadership and key stakeholders to define and align on KPIs and their proper collection in the systems
• Support the Data Hub project by translating business requirements for global IT teams and coordinating between various technical and functional stakeholders

Essential requirements:
• Recent graduate or current student in a master program in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or related field)
• Solid knowledge of statistical or analytical programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and front-end visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Desirable requirements:
• Stakeholder management, change management and project management competency
• Any other major European language a plus
