As part of the HQ Retail Department and reporting to International Retail Excellence Director, you will assess, develop and monitor the Retail performance at a global level through the design, deployment and follow-up of dedicated projects, processes and tools. By collaborating with various functions and markets, you will play an instrumental role in growing our retail business through measuring boutique performance, defining and monitoring retail KPIs, implementing performance monitoring tools.

In parallel, you will also be in charge of the acceleration of Maison’s retailisation process through clear objectives, roadmap and its implementation in the markets.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

M ONITOR MACRO RETAIL TRENDS AND STRATEGIZE FOR PRODUCTIVITY TARGETS

  • Consolidate and maintain retail footprint planning timeline in collaboration with commercial and SDP teams
  • Participate to Financial dynamics and retail profitability monitoring
  • Produce retail clienteles matrix and intelligence
  • Design Role of a store in an omnichannel and global context to tap short term revenues and maximize long term sustainable growth (Traffic, reach and purchase reason driven clusterization)

BUILD AND DRIVE RETAIL NETWORKS PERFORMANCE

  • Performance KPIs management for internal and external boutiques for daily, monthly, quarterly reporting (sales, discount, high tickets, clients mix, stock, products mix, average price, ticket etc…)
  • Retail Productivity sets (FTE, Opening hours, sqm, traffic per hour etc…)
  • Retail metrics and retail equation: traffic as a core KPI and retail equation as a permanent steering tool
  • Rankings and clusters analysis worldwide: Sales, traffic, conversion etc…

DEPLOY DATA DRIVEN APPROACH FOR BOUTIQUE EXECUTION AND COMMERCIAL EFFICIENCY

  • Maison client equation: Leverage omnichannel equation and leverage Maison specific clienteles matrix into retail equation (Client funnel, acquisition per product families etc…) with boutique granularity
  • Gather, align and simplify Boutique performance reading with Boutique reporting and factsheet
  • Boutique action plan: Design frame, deliver execution of action plans with AIPL focus and integration of all retail management dimensions
  • Translate complex data into audience driven and agile communication platforms to equip each team with the right set of limited and impactful data

EXTERNAL RETAIL PARTNERSHIPS FRAME

  • Participate to Maison partner of choice template construction for External boutiques
  • Design levers to strengthen and professionalize external retail partnerships
  • Be the guarantor of omnichannel execution of Maison retail strategy
  • Dynamic, with ability to multitasking
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Solid and strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and insightful to build business plan
  • Solid grasp and understanding of retail knowledge, experience in boutique will be a strong plus
