Internal Communications Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Take the driver's seat: You are part of Serrala's global marketing team and will work with us to position our authentic brand and drive our strategic growth process with efficient and innovative communication strategies.
- Global internal communication: You are developing our communication plans and will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement creative and targeted activities.
- Content: You create engaging content for all internal communication media channels (social intranet, newsletter, etc.) as well as speeches, presentations, and briefings for board members and tier 1 management.
- Internal events: You manage and coordinate internal communications events and dialogue formats such as Company Calls, Town Halls, etc. Your responsibilities also include advising and supporting other departments on the execution of communication activities.
- Achieving goals together: You understand the needs of our internal audiences and advise leaders and other key stakeholders on effective communication.
- Market watcher & project manager: You are used to delivering against corporate schedules and maintaining deadlines.
- KPI driven: You evaluate the effectiveness of formats against Serrala-wide and department KPIs and establish a continuous improvement process.
Your profile:
- Communication experience & know-how: Successfully completed degree in communication sciences or a comparable course of study-several years of professional experience in corporate communications, internal communications, content delivery, and management.
- Analytical skills: You can communicate complex technical topics in an easy-to-understand and compelling way for various target groups.
- Project management: You have a proven track record in managing complex projects (interdisciplinary and international).
- Hands-on mentality: Are you a visionary and open-minded person with a creative mind? Are you a team player, yet self-enabled and not afraid to manage projects in an agile Fintech environment? Awesome!
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English and German are essential. You are experienced in copywriting and storytelling and have an eye for a harmonious overall composition of text and visuals.
- Love for detail: You bring along a passion for new technologies and have a good understanding of corporate design and branding. You combine an analytical approach with creative text playfulness and high awareness of quality. You formulate complex issues to the point but also write lively and skillful with stylistic devices.
