Your Tasks

  • You are part of the People Team and gain an insight into all areas and touchpoints of an HR department
  • The tasks are wide-ranging - we will find out together whether specialisation or generalism makes sense
  • Optimising and maintaining HRIS, preparatory payroll accounting, employment law, references, initiating, optimising and implementing processes, recruiting, 
    Employee lifecycle, benefits, developing salary bands - these are just a few of our tasks
  • We love transparency: A protective shield procedure in 2023 has created many new tasks that we are still working on - even these basically "unattractive" topics 
    offer an immensely steep learning curve 
  • You initiate and deliver large and small projects on your own responsibility
  • You will help the company to reorganise itself, in the course of which there will be new tasks every day and plenty of room for ideas and implementation in an agile start-up environment 

Our Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in economics, social sciences or law or a comparable subject or desire for a very generalist internship
  • Attention to detail and generalist approach 
  • Very good communication skills, love for people in all their facets  
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic, often very dynamic working environment :)
  • The company language is English, good German skills are required for external communication 
  • Sustainability is important to you
