Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Assist in deploying Flix's sustainability disclosure strategy through the transition from voluntary to mandatory reporting, in response to the emerging reporting trends and multiple international reporting standards/frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and upcoming regulations (CSRD, EU Taxonomy);
- Contribute to draft responses to ESG rating and questionnaires;
- Work closely with the team, internal stakeholders and external partners, and actively contribute to cross-departmental workstreams, such as EU Taxonomy, and CSRD-compliant report;
- Support managing ESG-related data as well as internal processes of data collection, ensuring data readiness for reporting, rating and assurance purposes;
- Collect the GHG emissions data for Corporate Carbon Footprint Reports;
- Engage the Sustainability Steering Committee, preparing the relevant documentation.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- You have minimum experience (6 months) in the field of sustainability reporting and ESG ratings, or you are an enrolled student in the field of ESG and Sustainability matters;
- You have a basic understanding of current reporting standards/frameworks, in particular ESRS and EU Taxonomy;
- You have analytical skills to understand and handle numerous data points related to ESG aspects;
- You have good presentation and communication skills;
- You have passion for sustainability topics and want to actively contribute to Paint The World Green.
- A people person, with good inter-personal skills, empathy, self-confidence, who can build fruitful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Sustainability or ESG Management/Economics, Environment or similar.
- Fluent in English, German will be considered as a plus.
