In Talent & Development we plan, design and implement development measures and tools to promote and retain talent and establish sustainable succession planning and development. We set up career development strategies and programs across diverse seniority levels and implement them globally.
As an intern you have the opportunity to get insights in the complete portfolio of our team including:
- Strategic reporting, analyses and financial planning
- Program Design of new Career and Development programs
- Talent Management Diagnostics, e.g. Development Centers, Succession Planning, Talent Searches, Development Conferences, Diversity Management
- Global Talent Management projects, like new Career Models, Coaching Programs etc.
- Hybrid and virtual Teamwork in a global team
- Continuous Improvement Management
- Cross-team working groups on various company initiatives, within and beyond the People Function Team

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the program design of new Agile Career model, including communications, material development, project management, customer workshops
- Managing project groups meetings / virtual collaboration channels
- Designing and developing new digital learning solutions and offers
- Community Management and Impulse Communications
- Project Management for dedicated Talent Management Projects
- Driving and enabling new Talent Management approaches by systematic underlying data analyses
- Supporting the Talent Management PMO: organization, correspondence with various stakeholders, conducting reports and evaluations
Key Requirements
- Enrolled student of in the areas of digital marketing / technology, business analytics, data science, business informatics, economics or related fields or in a gap year
- Experience and interest in data analytics
- Passion to develop and adapt digital tools
- Self-driven working style and good communication skills
- Proactive and creative approaches to new topics
- Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing
- Knowledge of German an advantage
- High customer-orientation and pragmatic approach
- Solution-focus and agile mind-set
- Experiences in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome
- You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week)
