Intern Customer Service - Praktikant Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your role

For our team in Customer Service international markets we are looking for an intern (m/w/d), for the next 6 months, in full-time (35h per week), with starting date as soon as possible.

And of course, all internships will be remunerated!

What you will do

• Assist Customer Service in case of price corrections, order entry for marketing material as well as support in the shipping area and with special tasks and project work
• Creation and maintenance of material master data in our ERP system and eShop
• Handling of our price list tool
• Support with special tasks + project work, including independent management of sub-project steps
• Working with our ERP system in regards of orders, shipments and invoicing
• Cooperation with Customer Service Team for financial credits in the area of export sales
• Administration of Reporting and Performance Tools

You most likely fit the following profile:

• enrolled student (m/w/d)
• first experiences in dealing with ERP system is an advantage
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken; an additional language is a strong plus
• organizing talent

Deine neue Aufgabe

• Unterstützung des Customer Services bei anfallenden
  Preiskorrekturen, Auftragserfassung für Marketingmaterial sowie
  der Mithilfe im Versandbereich und bei Sonderaufgaben und Projektarbeiten
• Anlage und Pflege von Materialstammdaten im ERP-, CRM- und eShop
• Abwicklung innerhalb des Preislistentool
• Mithilfe bei Sonderaufgaben und Projektarbeiten inkl. eigenständiger Übernahme von Teilprojekt-Schritten
• Arbeiten mit unserem ERP-System in Bezug auf Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Rechnungsstellung
• Unterstützung bei Finanzgutschriften im Bereich Export Sales
• Administration des Reporting und Performance Tools
  

Das bringst du mit

Das folgende Profil entspricht dir:

• Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d)
• Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift + weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein starkes Plus
• Organisationstalent
