YOUR MISSION

• Key role in leading large scale SharePoint migrations in a global IT Infrastructure program
• End-to-End responsibility for infrastructure projects from the set-up to ensuring delivery on time and within budget at high levels of key stakeholder satisfaction while upholding project management standards
• Accountable for risk management, budget, reporting and communication to the steering committee
• Functional lead to IT process managers, application specialists, developers, testers, key users and vendors
• Intensively communicate with key stakeholders to support active change and adoption management

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Successfully (co-)led complex IT projects in multinational organizations - ideally with active change management
• In-depth knowledge of MS SharePoint
• Good knowledge of project management methods in classical or agile organizational frameworks, ideally supplemented by PMP (preferred) or IPMA Level
• Entrepreneurial leader with a solid balance of analytical skills and "can do" mentality
• Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills within IT and with the business at all levels
• Fluent in English
