Aufgabengebiet

Tasks:

• Process management and governance of IT services in its skill area.
• You focus on Incident-, Change-, Problem-, management according to ITIL
• You are responsible for the service request fulfillment
• SLA/SLC Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service level agreements/commitments (SLAs/SLCs) to ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon standards
• Functional management of IT Application support team based in Europe
• Supplier management of IT partners for the region of Europe

Anforderungsprofil

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ITILand ITSM frameworks, including experience in Incident Management and Service Request Fulfillment, ITIL Foundation certification required
• Experience with Customer and Supplier EDIpreferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong technical skills in IT applications and systems, including experience with SAP MM/WM/PP/SD, not all areas in expert level but broad, general process knowledge desired
• Project management experience as well as experience in leading teams (in-house, offshore, nearshore)
• Preferably skills in engineering applications such as Siemens Teamcenter, CATIA, NX or comparable
• Very good communication skills
