Aufgabengebiet
The overall purpose within the project is to harmonise the processes and systems landscape of two previously separated business streams into one well-structured and integrated business line.
Role Description:
- The analysis, documentation and proposal of an integrated Customer Service solution and its operational data
- The BA will have to coordinate internal and external resources of different kind as well as manage stakeholders across the organization
Anforderungsprofil
Competence profile:
- Setting up and analysing complex processes.
- Proven track record with major change processes.
- Leading international teams of internal and external resources.
- Experience of managing vendors.
- Experience and good understanding of Renewable Asset Data.
- Experience of implementing CRM IT systems and service transition.
- Knowledge of customer service reports including necessary KPIs (NPS net promotor score, First Contact Resolution / Ticket Solvation Quote (FLS).
- Experience working with senior decision makers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
