Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the solution architecture of the entire SAP S4/HANA platform (especially in the areas of Finance, Logistics and Human Resources)
• You will be responsible for the technical management and coordination of the organization-wide SAP S4/HANA implementation and migration project in a cross-functional project team
• As a member of the steering and core team of the overall project, you will ensure the achievement of higher-level, business-critical objectives
• You will take responsibility for analyzing and evaluating stakeholder and project requirements for the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA
• Together with the project team, you identify and realize optimization and consolidation potentials of the implemented SAP ECC applications and systems
• You take on the challenge of finding and implementing solutions for combined business and technical problems
• You support our external service providers and consultants and take over the technical coordination

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a master's degree or diploma in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification
• You have relevant experience with SAP-S/4 HANA systems and migrations to SAP-S/4 HANA.
• Ideally, you also have several years of project experience as an SAP application consultant or SAP developer with in-depth business know-how in the areas of finance, logistics and human resources
• You have an excellent feel for new SAP technologies and their impact on organizational culture, leadership and collaboration
• You see yourself as a tackler with enthusiasm for digital transformation and have knowledge of agile methods
• You like to work with very different people and teams and resistance in the context of change processes does not upset you
• You are able to spontaneously and flexibly familiarize yourself with new work fields and situations and have a very independent work style
• You are looking forward to enriching our motivated team with your expertise, your energy and your sense of humor
• We expect you to be proficient in the use of Office 365
• You are fluent in written and spoken English - our team is international and the working language is (mostly) English. German language skills are an advantage
