Tasks
Manage and maintain the organization's infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, SQL Server, hyperconverged systems, servers, network infrastructure, and security solutions.
Provide daily administrative support, helpdesk assistance, and desktop support to end-users.
Perform backup management tasks to ensure data integrity and availability.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the team leader and other team members to ensure smooth operation of systems and infrastructure.
Participate in projects related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvements.
Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies to protect the organization's data and systems.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
2-3 years of experience in infrastructure management, system administration, or related field.
Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365, SQL Server, hyperconverged systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience with helpdesk support, desktop support, backup management, and printer administration.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Matrix42.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
