Infrastructure Facilities Management (Ifm) Leader (M/W/D) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

• Operationalprocessing of service orders, including offer and risk management, orderprocessing, acceptance and controlling of the entire Gigafactory forinfrastructural facility management
• Taking over and guaranteeing the operator’s contractuallyowed responsibilities
• Single point of contact for all internal stakeholders
• Development of service specifications and work instructionsfor operational order processing (maintenance and special cleaning, greenmaintenance, winter service, pest control)
• Quality and performance control of processes throughout thefactory premises (including technical cleaning of the production facilities)
• Management, operational planning, instruction, developmentand recruitment of the employees deployed at the properties
• Create, maintain and track all property-related orderdocumentations
• Personnel and professional leadership; Further developmentof a multicultural group
• Organization and coordination of cleaning in the assignedarea of responsibility including quality controls:
  o Ongoing maintenance cleaning
  o Acute management cleaning
  o Special cleaning such as basic, glass and building cleaning
  o Tasks in the area of disinfection and pest control
  o Item-by-position invoice control
  o Cost and sales controlling
  o Personnel controlling
• Further development of cleaning, taking hygiene-standardsand digitalization into account
• Ensuring high customer (stakeholders) satisfaction throughmaintained cleanliness and value retention
• Perception of the client-role towards the service provider
• Willingness to take practical action in emergency situationsor to analyze the situation
• Enforcement of health and safety requirements

• Successfullypractical experience (internship, training, "Ausbildung", etc.) inbuilding cleaning, maintenance and supervision. Or completed training in the field ofinfrastructural facility management or similar. Or equivalent in experience.
• 5+ of professional experience in the field ofinfrastructural facility management and technical cleaning
• Being an inspiring peoples leader, dealing with a growingteam
• Service-oriented way of working, high level of commitmentand involvement
• High resilience, flexibility, personal responsibility andteam orientation
• Conflict-oriented, structured way of working
• Network-thinking and strong communication skills in Germanand English languages (Polish is a nice-to-have)
• Other duties as necessary
