CORE: Value Stream Manager - Market to Order (M2O) (m/f/d)

• Design and build processes and subprocesses such as offer solutions development, promo management, in store execution etc. that are necessary to enable divisional transformational global programs (T2W, TNN, FTW & Bayer 2022+) by following the guiding principle ‘differentiate when business critical, harmonize where possible’
• Map and leverage route to the market archetypes for each division and key requirements to enable harmonization of M2O end to end processes and data
• Define and own user stories as well as describe and develop template for subprocess-cluster
• Collaborate with SMEs, collect best practices, relevant commercial data from regions/countries, across all divisions and drive an insights-based decision-making approach, adhering to process and software standards, minimizing and challenging customization as much as possible
• In collaboration with data value stream, identify and harmonize key data elements that are required to effectively complete market to order processes without manual intervention
• Solve for interdependences to truly enable E2E experience for customers, partners and employees
• Create target processes for subprocess-cluster adopting modular approach when designing target state capabilities to enable new business models within each division as well as e nsure validation of user acceptance and training
• Partner with solution design leaders to translate the global template into solutions with a harmonization mindset as well as actively participate in conversations for differentiation in the divisional satellites, when necessary
• Align outcomes and progress with VSL and product team as well as propose recommendation for decisions to be taken
• Support key stakeholders within each division to make necessary adjustments in M2O processes and data which are not classified as "Design & Build” and impact CORE target state solutions

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

• Master's degree with long-term professional experience in managerial roles in commercial and IT functions; international experience in Pharma and/or Crop Science is a plus
• Strong P&L expertise
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross functional stakeholders across the divisions to build strong relationships and trust to unlock value
• Proven track record in promoting implementing global standards and drive adoption
• Change Agent (m/f/d) with the ability to drive in complex multi-country and multicultural diverse environment
• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking about business initiatives with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Passionate achiever (m/f/d) and demonstrated ability to deliver results
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
