Role Summary:
Flowserve is looking for a Production Planner. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the creation of simple work schedules and workflows, along with levelling the production load by adjusting the production orders. Your tasks also include creating and merging all manufacturing-related documents.
Your Role:
Planning of simple operations and their implementation, preparation of work plans according to technical drawings
Processing and creating rework plans for quality deviations
Creating rework plans for the repair process
Bringing together all work plan relevant documents, such as drawings, work plans and material pick slips
Preparing and creating order-related workbooks for the assembly departments
Monitoring and adjusting of production times
Calculation of individual parts and system groups for in-house or contract production
Scheduling control of promised delivery and production dates for contract work
Scheduling of production parts and storage of in-house production parts using ERP system
Ensuring workplace organization according to 6S Criteria and supporting improvement
Your Profile:
Industrial-technical or commercial vocational qualification
At least two years of professional experience in the fields of work preparation, production planning or control
Production-oriented, cost- and quality-conscious thinking and acting
Basic experience in an ERP system - preferably SAP S4 Hana is desirable
Profound user knowledge in Microsoft 365
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluency in German
Basic knowledge of English
