Job description

As an HR Specialist, you will be part of our Talent Acquisition Services team and you will be responsible for the administration of Hiring and Onboarding processes for all European sites.
In your new role you will:

• Provide support to our HR Business Partners, their business areas, external and internal candidates;
• Support the ongoing transition phase of transferring tasks to the team in Porto;
• Share and exchange HR related information with all levels of the organization;
• Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes;
• Work in a cross-country team set up.

Your Profile

You are a great communicator with exceptional time management skills. Furthermore, you demonstrate high-quality standards towards your work and create value with your ideas and solutions.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A vocational training or degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a similar field of study;
• Relevant experience in an administrative role or comparable practical experience;
• A good command of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office);
• An affinity towards HR tools - SAP experience would be a plus;
• The ability to structure your own work and collaborate with your team;
• The capability to take responsibility and provide a quality service;
• Good command of German and English.
