Your Tasks:
- Leading and continuously developing the HR Business Partners at the German, France and UK entities
- Advising the HR plant managers in France and Poland within a dotted line
- Recruiting for European management positions
- Responsible for Headcount and Expense Planning, Payroll, Communication, HR systems of HQ Europe (Focus on Sales & Marketing, R&D, Testing)
- Planning and implementation of European/International HR projects within a HR Matrix organization of the Mother Company (for example: Talent Program, KPI)
- Ensuring professional execution of all HR processes and proactively supporting continuous group-wide development/optimization (IATF, Health & Saftey)
Your Profile:
- Commercial study (Bachelor, Master)
- Extensive expertise in all HR relevant topics such as labour law, payroll, talent development, recruiting and employer branding
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong result orientation, teamwork and organisational capabilities
- Fluent English language skills
