YOUR TEAM

The role of you as Head of TM & SP is a central component in the development of our HR organization. You will bring our people strategy to life and actively be a integral part shaping the people of CARIAD for the future. In close liason with the HR Business Partners, you will start the selection and development process for those CARIDIANS, who are being developed within the company. Your function will take responsibility from End-to-End in this process and you will be the single point of truth for the status of the development of our talents. Furthermore, you take the responsibility in search and selection (internal as well as external) for the direct reports to the Board of Management within CARIAD. Here, you will also have the End-to-End responsibility and will be the main pivot point of communication between the Board, the Head of HR and the Lead Business Partners.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Head of TM&SP with responsibility of 4 to 5 direct reports
    and be the main PoC for other HR areas within CARIAD, e.g. Recruiting, Academy, Headcount Management
  • Main Point of Contact for the placement (internal or external) of direct reports to the Board (OE-1 positions) within CARIAD as well as the BoD functions within the CARIAD subsidiaries
  • Responsible for designing and implementing various concepts in regards to the Talent Management process
  • Conducting different formats operatively, e.g. Talent days with the Board, Succession planning rounds
  • You will further develop and grow a team of highly enthusiastic members and will also act as a the quality gate for new processes and procedures within your area

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are an experienced manager with proven leadership experience with 7-10 years
    of experience in (operative) Human Resources Management. Additional experience in a strategic, tech or/and agile environment is highly welcome
  • You are familiar working in complex corporate structures of a (large) companies
  • You ideally have experience in building up organizations otherwise you are motivated in building up a new tech one, including implementation of processes. We expect therefore a highly affinity to digitalization, new work topics and trends
  • You have a broad HR skillset, especially within the search and selection processes on international level as well as understanding business needs and are experienced working on Board and (top) management level
  • You are resilient, show perseverance and contribute your knowledge and experience
    right from the start, because building up an organization is not always easy. Strong negotiation and communication skills complement your profile
  • You are an convinced team player. It is all about people. You are able to encourage and win your team and colleagues with your open mindset, authentic personalitz and the believe in collaboration and support.
  • You have excellent German and English skills in spoken and written
