For our manufacturing sites we are looking for an ambitious

Head of Operations Controlling (all genders)

Your tasks:

• Provide timely, transparent and accurate reporting and analysis, create crucial data to support Management
  decisions in Operations
• Be a strong, reliable and challenging sparring partner to the Operations Director
• Continuously review adapt organization structure in Operations Controlling to meet the ever changing needs in a dynamic business
• Be a strong demanding und inspirational leader to help team individuals grow and develop and enhance overall performance
• Ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly understood and that talent qualification levels are constantly reviewed and adapted to meet business needs
• Develop the Operations Controlling function in the organization and be the owner of critical processes which should constantly be reviewed to ensure delivery of crucial data to support strategy development and implementation
• Control major KPIs 2000 employees in Operations, Cost of Sales, Conversion Costs, Distribution Costs

Your profile:

• Degree in economics, business or finance is required
• 8 to 10 years experience in a operations controlling function in an manufacturing environment, ideally FMGC/Food
• 3 to 5 years experience leadership responsibility
• Experience in SAP-BW-BO, SAP-BPC as well as SD, CO-PA, FI, CO
• Experienced in MS Office, Excel, Power Point
• Fluency in German and English

• Good standing, drive, willing and able to initiate and implement best practice initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong numeric skills, analytical mind
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Structured and independent approach to work
• Agile, flexible, able to adapt quickly and perform well in a dynamic environment
