- Structuring and executing capital market financings as well as Schuldscheindarlehen, loans and credit facilities for DLH
- Structuring and implementing internal and external financings of LHG subsidiaries and associated companies and acting as the center of competence for Group-wide financing topics
- Design and execution of other capital market transactions (e.g. sale of shareholdings, capital increases, ADR programme)

- Responsible for financing issues within strategic projects and M&A transactions
- Positioning of the Lufthansa Group towards the capital market including meetings/roadshows with credit investors
- Management of Lufthansa Group’s credit rating agencies
- Regular review and further development of the Creditor Relations concept
- Shaping the LH Group's financial strategy

It is crucial to maintain a close relationship with the rating agencies as well as with creditors, banks and credit analysts.
- University degree in economics/business management (Master's degree) or comparable
- At least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience, the majority of which in functions with a strong financial focus, e.g. Capital Markets, financing, financial strategy or comparable
- Strong knowledge of financing and capital market instruments
- Proficiency in financial modelling, financial analysis techniques and financial mathematics
- Strong communication skills
- Confident manner and professional interaction with business partners from a wide range of cultural backgrounds
- Management and motivation of information suppliers
- Willingness to travel, also intercontinental
