Responsibilities as Hardware Developer:
Our client is developing high speed optical interfaces for the transmission over fiber. For the test of the hardware they have automated test setups available. We need a person for the implementation and execution of scripts to the automated test setups. The programming language is python.
- Research, design, develop, and test data transmission related equipment
- Provide technical support to team members
- Define and coordinate corrective action changes
- Write documentation and test specifications
- Develop scripts in automated test environment and execute tests
- Operation and debug of new test setups
Experience and Qualifications:
- Masters/bachelor´s degree in electrical engineering
- Experience with measurement hardware and test automation
- Use of automation software in python to test hardware in automated environment
- Develop scripts in automated test environment and execute tests
- Operation and debug of new test setups
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in international team environment
