As the Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/d) of our Growth Team, you take on the responsibility of our Performance Marketing sector and steer all campaigns for customer and lead acquisition, as well as retention campaigns. Due to your ability to connect a data and KPI-driven work approach with creativity and solid understanding of our ideal customer profiles and personas, you identify growth opportunities early on, always staying one step ahead.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Customer and Lead Acquisition and Personalization : Building and implementing performance campaigns that not only generate new leads but also convert them into customers. This includes leveraging personalized and targeted content that speaks directly to the needs and interests of potential buyers, increasing the likelihood of conversion.
  • Lead Nurturing Strategy: Drawing on your nuanced understanding of the B2B buying cycle, you’ll develop sophisticated performance or ABM campaigns addressing the unique needs of B2B leads at each stage of their journey.
  • Lead Scoring Optimization: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement and refine lead scoring models based on campaign engagement metrics. You’ll enhance the process of identifying sales-ready leads, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
  • Customer Retention: Implementing strategic digital measures aimed at keeping existing customers engaged and informed.
  • Analytical Iteration: Track the performance of campaigns and automations to continually iterate on performance strategies to ensure they are effectively contributing to the team's growth objectives. Engaging in relevant keyword and market observations and the implementation of best practices.
  • Collaboration for Integration: Collaborating with various stakeholders within the marketing and sales teams to ensure that performance marketing efforts are fully integrated with broader B2B growth strategies and aligned cross-channels.
  • External Management and Budget Handling: Commissioning and managing agencies that support you in implementing campaigns in our markets in Europe and North America. You will have a substantial budget available to achieve your targets.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager or Digital Campaign Manager in a scale-up or corporate environment with a B2B focus.
  • Optional: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ad networks, and targeting best practices and functionality.
  • Familiarity with server and client side tracking technologies and analytics are a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • More a team player than a lone wolf
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Full Business Fluency in English and German is a must, as well another EU language is seen as a good plus
