Jobbeschreibung

At EasyPark, we love cities. We love them for work, for play and everything in between. That’s why our mission is to make life in cities that much easier – by taking care of the parking. With the use of technology, we break barriers, helping improve the urban experience. At EasyPark it is the people that make the difference. We stay true to and are united by our values of Be Curious, Play Together and Inch by Inch.

While parking is what we do, caring for people – our customers and our team – defines who we are. We are a mix of cultures, nationalities and personalities bringing in various skills, experiences and perspectives, all coming together to digitalize an entire industry. Change is constant. At EasyPark, your ideas result in actions, and every team member has the opportunity to impact our future. We seek people who dare to fail, because growth and innovation requires courage.

As our Group PR Manager, you will contribute to taking us to the next level in PR. Our vision is making cities more liveable and on our mission to get there, you will play a key role in shaping, strengthening, and protecting our brand image and reputation through proactive and reactive PR activities.

The Role

You will be part of a small team, where you will make a huge impact by sharing ideas and learnings and by working closely with our other Group and North America PR Managers, Group and North America Public Affairs Leads, and Chief Communication & Public Affairs Officer. Together, you will set the strategy for all external PR and PA communications at EasyPark Group.

You will be part of a growing company that is a global market leader in parking mobility solutions and have access to many exciting opportunities. You will collaborate with colleagues from all corners of the world and have the possibility to visit our local offices.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement a global PR plan, which supports EasyPark Group’s vision to make cities more liveable and focuses on specific growth targets, such as market transformation, consumer acquisition, and brand awareness

  • Collaborate broadly across the whole organization to ensure a cohesive cluster playbook strategy is aligned

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Distribution, and Executive teams

  • Be the press contact and manage local PR agencies, working closely with the Country Directors and local Marketing team

  • Develop content, storylines, and written materials, such as press releases, media briefings, pitches and presentations, and the corporate website, as well as engage and advise on the company's social media plan

  • Educate and guide agencies and Country Directors about how to maximize PR when it overlaps with PA to achieve joint objectives

  • Monitor and analyse media coverage, identifying opportunities for media exposure

  • Lead and develop crisis communications messaging

About you

We don’t know you yet, but you might recognize yourself in the following:

You are a passionate and highly engaged person who manages to influence and create strong relationships with your colleagues and is capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive playbook strategy is aligned. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and nurture connections mean you are not daunted by working with political decision-makers, think tanks, community leaders, and industry influencers.

You love to be creative and develop relevant and compelling messages and stories and have an exceptional ability to package and present information.

You never miss a trick and are proactive in identifying media opportunities and seizing the initiative to drive results. You take pride in delivering high-quality output with strong attention to detail, and you recognize the value of establishing clear KPIs.

You don’t leave things to chance, instead you proactively take ownership of the PR agenda, working hard to enthuse agencies and bring them on board with our strategy.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Minimum 8 years of PR experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and German or French would be beneficial), as well as first-class content production skills – able to write in an engaging way, adapted to target groups and channels

  • Experience working with global companies and a proven track record of managing and implementing successful PR initiatives with key stakeholders in a matrix organization

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the political and social landscape. You should be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities and navigate complex situations

  • Relevant experience in the field of communication, where you have worked on corporate PR and crisis communications

This role can be fully remote or hybrid and ideally based from our UK, France or German EasyPark Hub.

Life at EasyPark

We are a values-driven company with an international culture and a global presence.
By providing an environment with space to grow and room for autonomy, we believe in encouraging and supporting our team members to take initiative and act outside of their comfort zone.

Having an open mind and embracing change is a part of our DNA. At EasyPark, we are dedicated to maintaining an open culture where the voice of each person is heard, and we play as one team across the globe. Diversity is something we celebrate, and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
