Form der Arbeit- As part of BayWa r.e. AG's Group Controlling, you will be responsible for the investment controlling of wind and solar project planning in Americas and cooperate closely with the CFO and the finance department in the Americas region
- You act as an interface in all commercial matters between the regional management and BayWa r.e. AG and are the contact person for Group Controlling and management in all business matters in Americas, including liquidity planning
- You are responsible for the coordination and harmonization of all financial activities (e.g. planning, forecasting, reporting, etc.) and for ensuring the quality of financial information
- You support the regional management in expanding the planning, forecasting and actual reporting processes as well as in setting up valuation models and assessing investments
- You independently analyze company data for the region, derive recommendations for action and present these to management
- You monitor performance based on KPIs and track measures (e.g. to increase earnings), key balance sheet figures (e.g. receivables, Ctc) and liquidity
- You ensure effective risk management in the Americas region
