Your future plans
The Strategy, Governance & Risk Management unit is responsible for the corporate governance and the standardisation of overarching regulations, processes and systems for our gas, biomass, hydro & storage and hydrogen technologies. We are the drivers of continuous improvement in the context of ISO standards and support the operational areas with regard to the consistency and effectiveness of their processes. Our work is customer-orientated and transnational, and continuous training is a matter of course.

• Advising and supporting the operational business units of RWE Generation in the maintenance and further development of processes, in particular for continuous improvement and compliance with external requirements
• Administration and coordination of company-wide documents and processes, including support of the operations in the use of the respective IT systems
• Assuming the role of management system representative for one or more technologies, including the creation of regulations, coordination of internal and external audits, management reviews, reporting and continuous improvement to fulfil relevant ISO standards
• Supporting the integration of new business units into the RWE Generation management system, e.g. Battery Storage
• Conducting internal management system audits regarding environment, health & safety, energy, quality or information security in Germany, Netherlands, UK and Turkey
• Carrying out training courses for internal auditors, management system officers and managers as well as ongoing development of own knowledge
• Takeover of independent task packages or independent (sub) project management for organisational projects including communication of the same to executives and managers

Your powerful skills

• Degree in e.g. engineering, natural sciences, industrial engineering, economics (technical education is an advantage)
• Proven experience and knowledge in management system requirements, documentation, organisation and compliance management, in particular ISO 14001
• Customer and target group orientation, strong communications skills, precise language
• Fluency in German and English
• Committed, open-minded, self-organized and goal orientated
• Open to change and new developments and appreciates to work in an international environment

Advantage, not a must

• Trained management system auditor
• Experience in process management
• Dutch language skills
• Responsible role in a lean project
