Global Supply Manager, Responsible Mining & Refining

Develop and implement strategies to reduce carbon emissions at mines and refiners of battery metals, particularly nickel, lithium, and graphite
Support the development of decarbonization plans and targets for the battery supply chain
Support compliance with regulation that includes decarbonization expectations in the upstream of battery supply chains, including the EU Battery Regulation
Conduct and review Life Cycle Analyses (LCAs) at mines and refiners, incl. compiling Life Cycle Inventories (LCIs)
Conduct analyses of Global Warming Potential (GWP) for the battery supply chain
Support the development and implementation of a strategy to increase the share of recycled battery material purchased by Tesla and Tesla suppliers
Represent Tesla in external working groups on lithium and nickel decarbonization

Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Mineral Engineering, Geology, or Metallurgy with 10 years of professional experience, or equivalent
Externally verifiable track record of success. Examples include success in startup environments, high-impact research publications where you are the primary author or investigator
Evidence of resilience and adaptibility
