Global Spa Trainer Location:

Zurich, CH, 8008

Contract Type: Permanent - full-time Description:

In this role, you will manage the trainings of the spa experience (Art of Beauty) in alignment with the Global Art of Beauty Product Experience Manager.

You will represent La Prairie as the Luxury House in beauty, its brand values, and products.

You will motivate and develop Beauty Therapists, serve as role model, lead by example, and guide them in skills and professionalism.

You will elevate sales and performance of the Spa’s through coaching, define coaching needs, prepare framework, plan and roll-out.

You will support the development of Art of Beauty treatment design and roll out of same.

You will train and follow up Art of Client Experience training for Art of Beauty in collaboration with the Global Art of Beauty Product Experience Manager.

How you will create a beautiful impact:

Operations:

  • Supporting implementation of Art of Beauty Strategy and Innovation

  • Supporting of treatment design for Art of Beauty and the training delivery and implementation

  • Develop and design training materials for Art of Beauty

Development

  • Conduct Benchmarking, Market research and trend analysis to support Art of Beauty business development

  • Identify Global/regional trends in luxury treatments

  • Work with Global Art of Beauty Product Experience Manager on priorities and KPI’s

  • Develop new channels of training, e.g., videos or digital

  • Strengthen integration of Art of Beauty concept in Global functions (education, brand, CRM)

Training

  • Conduct Art of Beauty training for Therapists in Spa’s.

  • Responsible for conducting Art of Beauty Coaching to follow up and enhance the skills of Therapists to maintain their service standard.

  • Provides feedback to Global Product Experience Team on Art of Beauty training in Spas.

  • Support the planning, execution and follow up on training sessions with Global Art of Beauty Product Experience Manager, Regional trainers (train the trainer) for Art of Beauty: treatments, client journey and retailing

  • Implement educational standards within the Regions and Spa’s

  • Establish/follow up on KPI’s with Regional/local teams

  • Provide regular feedback to Global Art of Beauty Product Experience Manager

  • Assess/brief Art of Beauty locations with Regions before Press- or VIP events

  • Understand and share best practice among markets for Art of Beauty

  • Participate in Global training meetings and regional TTT when needed

Organization/stakeholders

  • Be the competent contact for matters of Art of Beauty and Art of Client Experience (AOB) in Spa’s for the regions/markets

  • Work closely with Global and regional education to align strategies and tactics, as well as with Global PR and Global CRM for Art of Beauty in Spa’s

  • Ensure adequate certification of stakeholders (e.g., trainers and aestheticians)

  • Inspire and motivate Regional and local teams to elevate the execution of Art of Beauty within Spa’s

  • Assess local organizations/processes regarding managing Art of Beauty in Spa and propose adequate changes/improvements to Global Art of Beauty Product Experience Manager

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

  • Appropriate certification for Art of Beauty

  • Demonstrated experience in treatment training

  • Good business sense

  • Client focused

  • Passion for people

  • Good presentation skills

  • Understanding of luxury

  • Excellent communicator

  • Good knowledge in MS office

  • English Fluency Essential
