Global Partner Success Manager Lead (m/f/x)

The role
As a Global Partner Success Manager Lead you will be part of the HelloFresh Central Partnerships organization and responsible for the performance, development and retention of a diverse set of international partners with global presence in line with the central partnerships strategy across several brands and markets.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded and numbers focused, a strong negotiator, critical thinking, creative problem solver, a savvy relationship builder and can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate. Your ability to build effective client relationships and negotiations to achieve sales and profit targets will be key in accelerating HelloFresh market penetration by developing existing and newly implemented partnerships. Reporting to the Associate Director Central Partnerships, you will join a Berlin based global growth marketing team that is talented and driven

What you’ll do
- Responsible for managing, building and developing portfolio of multi-market partnerships
- Responsible for determining key account portfolio budgets as well as mid-month adjustments and submitting to local teams
- Translate wider business strategy into a holistic partner portfolio strategy
- Identify, plan and execute multiple initiatives to achieve quarterly and annual sales and profit targets
- Track, report and analyze key performance metrics across partnership portfolio and individual partners
- Develop partnership performance review and investment opportunity templates, contribute to the development of channel and partner dashboards
- Write and presents comprehensive partner/portfolio optimisation and action plans, accountable to identify and resolve issues, delegates and supports troubleshooting as necessary
- Acts as the primary contact and provides support for the assigned key accounts
- Develops strong relationships and lead strategic conversions with partners through regular communication, meetings and business review and forward planning meetings
- Shares learnings and acts as subject matter expert on partner vertical optimisation
- Works closely with the global and local channel leadership team to execute, monitor and report on team initiatives
- Creates and shares partner management best practice material incl partner facing presentations, test & learn templates, process documentation & training materials, etc.
- Collaborates with stakeholders and colleagues across the business across central and local teams (Growth Partnership platform, finance, analytics, product, tech, etc)
What you’ll bring
- Affiliate, Strategic Partner Management expert with 7+ years experience in the affiliate/online partnerships industry
- An experienced leader with 2+ years experience in running cross-functional groups to deliver strategic partnership initiatives or projects
- Equipped with a profound knowledge of the Global Partnership/affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies and platforms
- A very strong analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems
- A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders
- A team-player, who gets the best out of his/her team and stakeholder group
- Experience in other performance marketing channels is a plus
- Experience in technical fields such as management of affiliate platforms such as Impact, analytical tools (Tableau) or campaign management automation is a plus
