Global Influencer Creative Lead (m/f/x)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role

For our international and fast growing Growth team in Berlin, we are looking for a senior marketing manager to lead our Influencer Creative strategy to drive further growth across the entire group by creating groundbreaking and engaging content.

As the owner of our creative strategy, your main task will be to develop and measure different content schemes and test to try across all our territories and brands in order to create excitement and interest in customers, as well as setting us apart from our competitors as a revolutionary and on-trend company. You will use your vast knowledge in influencer marketing together with data from our global and local campaigns to drive targeted messages for acquisition and full-funnel campaigns. You will also work closely with global and local peers to ensure that our macro influencer and celebrity campaigns are set for successful ROI.
You will report directly to the Global Associate Director of Influencer Marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary owner of the global creative strategy for Influencer Marketing, setting up strategy focused on customer acquisition and retention
  • Be the primary point of contact between the influencer team and the global brand team for seasonal campaigns, metric measurement and campaign planning
  • Create and develop data-driven reports where senior global and local stakeholders can read the value of the different metrics of influencer campaigns
  • Use data as your main source to measure the performance of the campaigns and, accordingly, steer the creative impact and organize tests
  • Be hands-on and manage celebrity performance global campaigns in tandem with your local and global peers, which includes:
    • Identify, select, and reach out to suitable global talents and agencies to work with in our campaigns
    • Negotiate and maintain long term collaborations with our influencers and agencies
    • Create 360 campaign plans in tandem with the analytics team to make sure you’re evaluating all pieces of the campaigns
  • Observe and analyze industry trends in order to build up our long term influencer channel strategy
  • Take a strategic and analytical approach to manage the channel to meet CAC, ROI, and budget goals
  • Take an active role in the global project pipeline to ensure that our central influencer strategy is applied in our local organizations
  • Take a critic view on the current setup of the program and actively propose strategic changes in favor of ROI
  • Be a respectable leader and work in collaboration with the entire local and Global Influencer managers to make sure our content strategy sets us apart from our competitors

What you’ll bring

  • You have at least 4-5 years of experience as influencer marketing manager
  • You have an understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including recent industry trends and knowledge of the global celebrity and influencer scene
  • You have strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with complex agencies and large budgets
  • You have proven record of measuring creative excellence and working across multiple teams and territories
  • You are data driven and have strong Excel/Google Sheet skills
  • You have strong relationship management skills
  • You are highly self motivated individual with a hands-on mentality
  • Requirement: Full proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
