Global Hr Reporting Specialist (M/F/D)

We are involved in exciting projects for well-known customers in the pharmaceutical and life science sectors. As an experienced professional, you will support your colleagues with your many years of knowledge, experience and expertise.

These will be your tasks in our team

• Manage process of collecting HR data from countries across EMEA
• Merging large datasets, conducting quality checks as well as uploading clean data to Visier (our cloud-based HR reporting & analytics solution)
• Leverage programming skills to integrate data from various sources and automate manual steps in reporting process
• Liaise with local HR contacts to continuously improve our end-to-end data collection and reporting processes

Impress us with your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, psychology, operations research or related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in a reporting and analytics role
• HR domain knowledge & experience is preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English skills; additional languages may be beneficial
• Able to exercise discretion working with sensitive workforce information
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with data warehouse solutions and database management systems (e.g. SQL)
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g. Python) as well as experience with Visier are an advantage
