These will be your tasks in our team
- Manage process of collecting HR data from countries across EMEA
- Merging large datasets, conducting quality checks as well as uploading clean data to Visier (our cloud-based HR reporting & analytics solution)
- Leverage programming skills to integrate data from various sources and automate manual steps in reporting process
- Liaise with local HR contacts to continuously improve our end-to-end data collection and reporting processes

- Bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, psychology, operations research or related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in a reporting and analytics role
- HR domain knowledge & experience is preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English skills; additional languages may be beneficial
- Able to exercise discretion working with sensitive workforce information
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with data warehouse solutions and database management systems (e.g. SQL)
- Experience with at least one programming language (e.g. Python) as well as experience with Visier are an advantage
