Your responsibilities

Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks

• Supporting the digital consumer innovation team for small household appliances
• Continuous screening of innovation signals, analyzing consumer & technology trends as well as filling the idea pool with innovation ideas
• Supporting consumer insights studies and analyzing consumer feedback
• Preparing, supporting and participating in innovation, consumer centricity and resp. workshops
• Research and analysis of digital feature and service offerings

Your profile

• Successful studies in business administration, business psychology/engineering or comparable
• Preferably first practical experiences in innovation management, consumer insights and/or strategic consulting highly welcome
• Proficient handling of MS Office, Miro etc.
• Good presentation and communication skills in English and German
• Can-do mentality paired with analytical, target-oriented and structured working method
