Support our team immediately on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) at our locations in Cologne, Munich, Bad Reichenhall, or remotely (germanwide) as a Global HR Process Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• In your role, you will be accountable for shaping, managing, and refining our global HR processes, policies, and guidelines to support company growth and align HR initiatives with business goals.

• You will support the integration of new international entities by implementing global HR processes, supporting local teams, achieving country-specific compliance, and ensuring a smooth transition while adhering to local regulations and cultural nuances.

• Additionally, you will steer cultural integration and post-merger harmonization for international acquisitions, promoting unity while maintaining diverse cultural identities within our global organization.

• You will further develop a comprehensive playbook on global HR practices and technical integration to provide clear guidelines and best practices for our global HR operations.

• Moreover, you are responsible for global HR reports for managers and stakeholders to bolster data quality within the HCM module in Workday to support strategic business decisions.

• Last but not least – you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and local colleagues on your global HR projects, serving as a reliable expert contact to ensure a cohesive and efficient global HR operation.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a university degree in Human Ressources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have successfully applied your project management and analytical skills in practice.

• You possess several years of proven experience as an International HR Project Manager, HR Business Manager or Consultant (m/f/D) in a global corporate environment, demonstrating expertise in operational HR processes and tools, and a proven track record that ideally includes leading or supporting PMI projects.

• You have further expertise in managing cultural transformations and merging data, complemented by a solid understanding of HR system administration and integration, particularly with platforms like Workday or comparable systems.

• You thrive in orchestrating, developing, and aligning subject areas across various platforms, eagerly looking forward to leading complex HR projects that encompass multiple domains.

• You show strong ownership for your projects, have a result-oriented way of working and you are able to keep track of multiple tasks even in turbulent times.

• Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with fluency in both English and German (both spoken and written), further enhance your profile.
