How will you contribute to our mission?
You will shape our legal and compliance organisation for years to come. You will support our global growth and your colleagues from other parts of the business with actionable legal advice. You will raise issues internally, and help resolve them in the right manner in order to protect the organisation and its people.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Build an output driven Compliance organization
Advise our product team to ensure optimal in app compliance
Facilitate proactive and in-depth, business-focused advice for executive and senior management on both internal and external matters that will impact the organization
Set internal governance policies and manage the impact of external factors
Collaborating with external lawyers, DPO, product, operations and communications teams on strategies, external communication and investigations
Foster the company's growth and international expansion by implementing commercial/contract setups, data privacy/security, and compliance controls
Education and training of the team members
File compliance documentation
Regular reporting of all compliance relevant key figures to the top level management team
Coordinate budget for external resources like lawyers
To be successful at this position, we think you should:
