Work Experience
YOUR DAILY BUSINESS

  • Manage daily staffing, planning and assigning work.
  • Supervision, control and implementation of the reception standards
  • Instruction, control and training of the reception staff, night auditors and trainees
  • Responsible management and control of the cash desk
  • Processing check-ins and check-outs, taking and entering reservations, taking and processing complaints
  • Control guest and house accounts with identification of additional sales opportunities to maximize revenue and actively sell hotel services
  • Promote teamwork and superior service through daily communication, coordination and information sharing with other departments
OUR EXPECTATION

  • Completed professional training in the hotel industry, alternatively several years of professional experience at the Front Office
  • Confident handling of common hotel software
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • High guest and service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and independence
